Returns & refunds
If a piece does not work, return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
How it works
- Email hello@clothesforwho.com with your order number.
- We send country-specific return instructions for the US, Canada or Australia.
- Once the item is back and passes a quick check, we refund to your original payment method.
Non-returnable
Jewellery and final-sale items cannot be returned for hygiene and pricing reasons.
Faulty items
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number for a full refund or replacement.
