How long does shipping take?
United States: 5 to 8 business days. Canada: 5 to 9 business days. Australia: 6 to 10 business days. The live window for your country shows on every product page. You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
What does shipping cost?
A flat rate, shown at checkout for your country. Your delivery estimate is always visible before you pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Within one hour of ordering, email hello@clothesforwho.com with your order number and we will try to catch it before it ships. After that, it is faster to return.
Which countries do you ship to?
The United States, Canada and Australia. We focus on these three markets so delivery stays reliable.
Returns
What is your return policy?
14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Email hello@clothesforwho.com with your order number to start a return.
How do returns work?
Email us and we send country-specific return instructions for the US, Canada or Australia. Once the item is back and passes a quick check, we refund your original payment method.
When do I get my refund?
Within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Funds land within another 3 to 7 days depending on your bank.
Can I exchange instead of return?
It is faster to return and re-order. That locks in your size and ships sooner than a formal exchange.
Sizing
How do CFW sizes run?
Every product page has a fit note: true to size, runs relaxed, or size up if you are between sizes. Detailed measurements are in our size guide.
What size is your model wearing?
Listed on each product page, along with model height, so you can judge the fit before you order.
What sizes do you carry?
Standard sizing runs XS to XL across most pieces. Any exception is noted on the product page.
Materials & care
What is each piece made of?
The fabric is listed in the description on every product page, with the wash instruction.
How do I care for linen?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Line dry. A soft wrinkle is part of the look, or steam it if you prefer crisp.
An item arrived faulty. What now?
Email hello@clothesforwho.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will sort a refund or replacement.

What do I get for joining the list?
First access to new drops and restocked best sellers, plus 10% off your first order. We email once or twice a month, nothing more.
How do I join?
Enter your email in the form at the bottom of any page. Unsubscribe any time.
Account
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account just makes returns and re-orders faster.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, PayPal and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Can I pay in instalments?
Buy-now-pay-later availability depends on your country and shows at checkout when supported.
Is my payment info safe?
We never see your card details. All payments are processed by Shopify Payments and connected providers.
